Oculus Go Start Guide

In this guide we'll walk you through how to view our Grooby 3D Videos on your Oculus Rift VR device, using your desktop computer.

Viewing our videos on your Oculus Rift Device

1. You may find it easier to browse the site and download the videos to your desktop computer or mobile device rather than the Go.
2. Go to the browser in your Oculus Go and enter https://groobyvr.com into your browser and log in to the members area.
3. Choose your Oculus format videos and download them.
4. Once completed, open the 'Library' in Oculus Go and your downloads should appear.
5. Click on video you want to watch, make sure it's in 180 3D mode and enjoy!

2. To copy from your desktop saved files.

1. Plug in your Oculus Go to you desktop via the provided USB cable.
2. In Oculus Go 'Allow' access to data.
3. Your Oculus Go should show in your windows browser. It may be named 'Pacific' - open this and the 'internal shared storage'.
4. Drag your downloaded GroobyVR videos into the 'movies' folder.
5. In Oculus Go, open the 'Library' in Oculus Go and your downloads should appear.
5. Click on video you want to watch, make sure it's in 180 3D mode and enjoy!
